Let’s Get Started:
- Buy the farm-raised fillets from your grocer, and brine them in the refrigerator in a mixture of milk, water, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes before you grill them.
- Then pat them dry and sprinkle both sides with GMG Fish Rub.
- Grill the filets on a frogmat or a piece of aluminum foil at about 400°F (204°C) for 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes with a fork. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
