The Davy Crockett is the ultimate portable grill. It comes with a digital WiFi controller (control and monitor through our iOS or Android mobile application), a meat probe, a peaked lid for rib racks, a convenience tray with utensil hooks and our new open flame technology grease tray. Also included is Sense-Mate, a thermal sensor which constantly monitors grill temperature. It can run on 12V or 120AC so it’s perfect for home or camping, tail-gating, hunting, house-boating, music festivals or anywhere you can take it! Control your grill’s temperature from 150°-550°F (66°-288°C) in 5° increments.
Use our iOS or Android App to monitor grill temperature, monitor meat probe temperature, set a timer/stopwatch or run a food profile. Currently works in Point-to-point mode (connect directly to the grill) and home WiFi mode (connect and monitor from your home network).
Just plug the probe into the jack on the controller, put it through the access hole in the side of the grill, and insert into the meat. Push the “Food” button on the controller, and it will immediately display the internal temperature of the meat you’re grilling.
This is our first grill to use open flame technology.
